Joystick is Iowa's only Comedy Club & Arcade, open until 2 am and 19 and up all night long. With Open Mic every Sunday and Thursday plus live local, regional and national comedians every Friday & Saturday we give you a chance to unwind and forget about the daily grind. Plus over two dozen games including skee ball, pinball, new & classic arcade games & more offer something for everyone. Located right below Studio 13, it's a truly unique entertainment experience open Tuesday through Sunday weekly.

Sanctuary Pub, one of the oldest bars in Iowa City, is a select choice from the few traditional pubs offered in the area. This local staple has stuck to its roots, looking almost identical to how it looked in 1972. While the feel of this bar remains constant, our menus offer a fresh take on the classic Pub Food as well as 27 beers on tap. Studio 13, located in the alley of 13 South Linn Street, is one of the most popular nightclubs in Iowa. This exciting space is populated with comedy acts, drag shows, late night karaoke, award winning DJ performances, and so much more. BASIX (CEDAR RAPIDS)

Club Basix opened in 1997 serving the Cedar Rapids LGBTQIA+ community for over 25 years. In 2012 Legendary Drag Performer Pretty Belle purchased Club Basix, rebranding it Belle's Basix for a decade of service to the community. In 2022, Belle was ready for their next adventure and we agreed to carry on the Basix tradition. With (in)famous drag shows, Cedar Rapid's best happy hour and fun events throughout the week, Basix is your neighborhood bar.
